Welcome to PrintBrothersCo X Tufin (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. ACCESS & ACCOUNT

You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, and you consent to any minor dependents’ use of the Services on devices you own or manage. You may be asked to provide information (e.g., email, billing, payment, shipping). You warrant this information is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have rights to provide it. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS (HANDMADE & CUSTOM WORK)

We craft made-to-order rugs and 3D-printed items. We strive for accurate representations, but colour/texture/finish may vary due to device settings, material lots, and hand-tufting/printing processes. These natural variations are not defects.

Unless stated otherwise:

Product descriptions, specs, and pricing may change without notice.
We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
For custom/personalised items, proofs (where applicable) must be approved by you; approval constitutes acceptance of design details.

3. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion. Acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation and process payment. Review your order carefully; once accepted, cancellations may not be possible, especially for custom items already in production. If we decline or change an order, we’ll contact you via the details provided. Purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale or export unless we agree in writing. 4. PRICES & BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price in your confirmation email applies. Unless stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping/handling, customs, and import charges. Prices online may differ from other channels. You agree to provide current, complete billing details and authorise charges to your payment method for all amounts due (including applicable taxes/fees). You warrant you are authorised to use the payment method.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (UK/EU CONSUMERS)

Lead times and delivery windows are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control. For UK/EU consumer orders, risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery (or to a carrier you arrange), consistent with applicable consumer law. Please inspect parcels on arrival and notify us promptly of damage or shortages.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials on the Services (text, designs, images, video, audio, logos, trademarks, arrangements, etc.) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. Our names, logos, and marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without prior written consent. Shopify’s marks are owned by Shopify. Other marks belong to their respective owners.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Use is at your discretion and risk. Review third-party terms before use. New features/tools may be added and will be subject to these Terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may link to third-party sites or content. We do not control or endorse, and are not responsible for, third-party materials, sites, products, or services. Access and use are at your own risk. Review third-party policies before transacting.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

PrintBrothersCo X Tufin is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly with PrintBrothersCo X Tufin. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us and is released from claims arising from such transactions.

10. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy $l ink$ and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy terms. Because we are hosted by Shopify, information about your access and use of the Services may be processed by Shopify and service partners (including outside your country). 11. FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the Feedback for any purpose. You warrant you own the Feedback or have rights to grant this licence, and that it complies with law and these Terms. We may moderate or remove Feedback at our discretion.

12. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

From time to time, information on the Services may contain errors or omissions (e.g., descriptions, pricing, availability). We may correct, update, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies without notice, where permitted by law.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes; to infringe IP rights; to harass, defame, or harm others; to transmit malware; to engage in spamming/scraping; to circumvent security; or for any conduct that we determine may harm us, Shopify, or other users or expose them to liability. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date. Sections intended to survive (including IP, Feedback, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity, Severability, Waiver/Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law) shall continue.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, or that information is accurate or complete. Your statutory rights are not affected.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and Shopify and respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, Shopify, and our respective affiliates and personnel from third-party claims and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Services. We may control the defence at your expense; you’ll cooperate reasonably.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder will continue in full force.

19. WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with posted policies (including the Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior understandings regarding the Services.

20. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice.

21. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and any disputes or claims (contractual or non-contractual) are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their habitual residence where required by applicable consumer law.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
