Do I need a 3D model?
Upload your STL, OBJ or 3MF model in the quote form, or share an accessible download link. STEP files and reference images can also be supplied for review. If you do not have a printable model, describe your idea so we can discuss what is needed.
How much does custom 3D printing cost?
Your quote depends on the model, dimensions, quantity, material and finishing requirements. Send the same details for every part in your project so we can prepare a useful quote.
Can you print a file I bought online?
Yes, provided your licence allows a third party to print it for you. Please check the creator’s terms and include any relevant restrictions with your request.
Will my print arrive painted?
Painting is not included unless explicitly agreed in your quote. Tell us whether you need an unpainted print and what preparation or finishing you expect.
How long will my order take?
Typical production turnaround is approximately three days, depending on project size. We confirm timing with your quote. Worldwide shipping is available; delivery time is additional and varies by destination.
Should I choose resin or filament?
We offer both. Resin is often chosen for fine-detail models, while filament (FDM) is another option for prototypes, larger models and practical parts. The best choice depends on size, detail, material and intended use. Tell us about loads, heat or other requirements, or select “Not sure yet” in the form.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Include the quantity for each model and whether you expect to reorder. One-offs and small batches can both be quoted.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Include your delivery country when requesting a quote so we can discuss shipping costs and delivery timing for your project.
